176 Days: Since my nerves felt calm, my nights weren’t restless, my house was quiet, my mind was clear, my routine was steady… since my babies were in school! Today is the day my children returned to school and we have spent weeks buying, washing and sorting uniforms, new shoes, coats and lunchboxes. Get Your Kit On! During lockdown I have seen a surge in people reaching out for mindful activities to work on during these uncertain and worrying times. Workshops were cancelled and the social side of my work was stripped away. We were thrown into a new way of life that included social isolation. Keeping Sane - School Holiday - You Are Enough
