Where the Sky Touches the Sea
Being by water, specifically the sea, always instils in me a feeling of calm. Some of my best and most vivid childhood memories are of trips to the beach; paddling, building sandcastles, ice-creams and my dad lifting me over the waves. I remember the first touch of the salty sea water on my toes, sharp and cold. The sea was never ending, it went as far as I could see, and kissed the sky and from that day on, I was in love with the magic of being by the sea.
Salty air, cool breeze, sweeping tides and rippling waves for there is nowhere else I would rather be than Where the Sky Touches the Sea.
Just 5 different stitch styles make up this whole design. I will teach you how to perfect your satin stitch and show you tips and tricks to get your needle work on point! This month you will receive a link to a full and detailed video tutorial in place of photographic instructions. Everybody learns in different ways, and this is a chance for you to embrace learning directly from me in real time.

- NEW FOR THIS MONTH - We are going to try a video tutorial from start to finish. This is a lengthy kit, and I would love to physically show you all the tips and tricks to complete this beautiful project. A small booklet will be included and will have a QR code and link to the full video tutorial!

- Ohhh (and tea and biscuits) … *this, of course, is just a suggestion but I find tea and biscuits are necessary when I work*
My work style is inspired by nature around me. Beautiful florals and green botanicals feature heavily as well as Inspirational quotes, chunky textures, and beautiful detail. These are some of the features that will be present throughout the monthly subscription designs.
