Pink Jade Crystal Galaxy:
Jade - Jade is a stone that symbolises serenity and purity and increases love and nurturing. It is said to gives a soothing effect on the mind and body. Associated with Purity and Spiritual Awakening and promotes peace, harmony and tranquility. White Jade is believed to help individuals achieve a greater sense of awareness and insight.
The added Swarovski crystals add a 'crystallized' look with exceptional brilliance. The crystals have been purposefully set to add sparkles throughout the finished piece. The Pink Jade Galaxy is bursting with pink hues and sparking detail creating a bright and modern piece of textile art.
This collection consists of three unique, one-off pieces; each one has been created with intention. The background has been painted with @farrowandball #bluehague and the paintwork has been added in a colour palette to create the mood of each piece.
Furthermore, I have hand embroidered the compositionally balanced bursts in connection with the crystals and mood of the canvas. Each art piece is further adorned with @swarovski crystals, beads and precious stones. These Canvas Crystal Galaxies beam with the shine of silk and metallic threads.
